I love this book. I love and hate the heroine. She is a calculating criminal, but yet has a sense of humanity about her. I love her friendship with Chaol and Princess Nehemia.

I loved that when Celaena was struggling it wasn't a man who came to her recuse, but her friend, Nehemia.

I hated when Calaena would turn into an idiot around the princling Dorian. I don't like Dorian as character or a love interest. I don't like the love triangle between Doroan, Celaena, and Chaol. I think the book would b ...more

I loved the whole new world, that I was thrown into! The whole setting is very interesting and an excellent read. Also the details that I was given really did help me fully illustrate this new...land. Plus having a map in the book was cool, I couldn't stop looking at it. #Celaena&Dorian ...more
