First read: May 6-7, 2015
This blew me away.
First off new favourite Sarah J. Maas book. (Yes! I loved this more than Throne of Glass)
It had so many elements in it that made it such an amazing book. Characters, world, plot, pacing, intensity, and tastefulness.
My favourite high fantasy book I've ever read, my favourite faerie book I've ever read, one (Ugly Love is still bae) of my favourite new adult books, one of my favourite fictional females, and such a g ...more

i cant remember the day i started it and finished it i just know i read it pretty fast every night, chapters are short and easy and fast to read. and i just wanted to keep reading, keept me entertained and interested and curious and i liked all the characters except ofc amarantha and nesta who later in the book when ferye goes back to her sisters nesta become better and less annoying and believed feyre about what truly happened etc. i was liking tamlin and lucien too and specially rhysand for he

Sarah J Maas just doesn't disappoint!!!
I'm going to write a full review of this later- probably around Sunday. I still think ToG is a little better, but that might just be because I've read three books with those characters instead of just one and have thus had more time to get acquainted and attached to them. So all I really think you need to know is that every mortal man will forever pale in comparison to Tamlin. Also starlight. ...more
