I really enjoyed the twist and turns. Also I was hesitant to read it as The Surgeon was so alike to the Tv series, but the differences are in a way giving me double dose of Rizzoli and Isle. Thank you to Tess Gerritsen.
Such an exciting book again, very nice!
I skipped the first book, because I heard about how creepy it is and how there's no Maura. It was really easy to get in the story with this book, everything is explained, so you miss nothing vital. I held my breath most of the story, because it was a gripping tale in til the end. You're constantly at the end of your seat, because you feel that a climax is coming but you don't know when. Very good!
Definitely a recommend! ...more
