Probably more of a 3.5 but I'll give it a 4 star rating. I kind of liked it, but at the same time I didn't. It's made me want to live in a castle and be a princess, but I kept forgetting it's set in the future (or our time) but the palace made it feel historical. I'm team Maxon. Aspen got angry because she bought him food and he's a little creepy. Maxon...although he is dating a bunch of other girls, I still like him...I would ;)

I'll continue with the series, as I am intrigued. I just want more ...more

I sank straight into this book and got rushed along through it to the final page in one sitting. I loved the characters and found myself laughing at conversations and guessing on where the series may go next. I bought the next book within minutes of finishing this one and can't wait to get straight back into the story. ...more

The narrator of the audiobook was grating and annoying. I think the writing was mediocre, but I can see the appeal of this series to those who like the romance genre. I might TRY to read the next be if I ever run out of other books to read.
