What Members Thought
3.5 stars. It was 5 stars until the ending which was rushed and not fully developed. But excellent writing and character description! I will definitely read another Maigret!
I enjoyed the story but it was lacking in real mystery for me, it didn't leave me guessing or trying to figure out clues that I'd missed. However, I would read the next book in the series.
