What Members Thought
I'm not a huge fan of survivalist type books. My favorite as a kid was "My side of the Mountain." But I find myself reading children's books because my kids are. This was one assigned to them and they enjoyed it but there are so many others I enjoy more. It was well written and the historical context was fascinating but that's about it. I have a feeling I might have enjoyed it more as a kid.
