Retirees Elizabeth, Joyce, Ibrahim and Ron meet every Thursday in the Jigsaw Room at Coopers Chase, where they puzzle out decades-old crimes. This one was just my cup of tea! British, clever and charming, with characters that are clearly formed and a plot that wouldn't stop.

Elizabeth, Joyce, Ibrahim and Ron are the Thursday Murder Club. They live at Coopers Chase, a community for retirees, and they solve cold cases and warm ones too.

In the case of The Thursday Murder Club, several murders need solving and Elizabeth and her friends at the posh retirement community of Coopers Chase are definitely up to the task.

I absolutely loved this book. For me, it’s one of those books that you just don’t want to put down. It’s full of twists and turns, but none feel like they are there for the sole purp

Love the different points of view and the spunky senior citizens, there are several little mysteries that all come out that adds to the complexity of the plot.

A thoroughly enjoyable debut novel. Humorous and great characters. Will happily read more if this becomes a series.
