Not for me, though. I had a hard time getting into the book and trying to like Poppy because she was described as a pretty superficial influencer. The story is told over several years and centers on two best friends that get together once a year for a vacation. They have a funny witty banter back and forth and are extremely likable characters. This book also gave me the itch to travel. A great beach read or in my case something to read in the gray
