As a fan of the series, I was one of the midnight readers eagerly awaiting her Hogwarts' fix. A disappointing beginning, feeling like a rehashing of the previous novels, quickly turned into a fast-paced sprint to the ultimate battle. While it was a little weird reading in play format--I've loved reading Tennessee Williams, Arthur Miller, etc., but am not used to it with Harry Potter--it was so fun to be back in this world with these characters. My only complaint is that I want more!

I enjoyed this for what it was. At the same time, it left me wishing it had been a story in novel form.
