This book is short and sweet -- easy to read in one or two sittings -- and completely charming. Absolutely charming. I’d love to go back and read some of the books mentioned. At first I didn’t realize it was non-fiction! What a lovely, lovely read!

Lovely little book. The real-life correspondence between an American bibliophile and a British bookseller, spanning two decades in the mid-twentieth century. Very short and very charming.
