Really disappointed by Jennifer Weiner in this one. I'm a fan of her writing, but this is by far my least favorite of her books. It's basically "Good in Bed", only sucky and with a thirteen year old thrown in.

Not the page turner nor as funny as the first book in the series. The near end shocked me into disbelief. I wasn't touched or sad when I should have been. Teen/mother drama fills me with dread so that part wasn't enjoyable either. I will read the next book she writes in hopes she gets back to funny because it is what she does best.
