I was spoiled for this ending a long time ago so it is just a matter of finding out how and wrapping the whole story up. For the most part the whole series aggravates me. The world is such that everyone has their agenda, can not listen or cooperate with the others and the outcome is not good for anyone. I guess that is part of the point of the story and I am supposed to draw parallels between this story and how our government (and the people who support one part or the other) is much the same wa

I mean, I knew what I was getting when I read the book. I thought Divergent was great. I did not like Insurgent. Allegiant was pretty much the same way. I read it because I felt some stupid need to finish what I started. So I did. Now it's done. Let's move on.

I would probably give this book a 3.5, but I feel like I have to give it a four to make up for all the other people who rated it low.

Without giving anything away, I will say that I was satisfied with the conclusion of this story. I can't say I was pleased, but I was satisfied.
Having read the first two books almost a year before this final book came out, I found it a little hard to jump back into the story. There were a lot of characters who I just didn't remember, which could be confusing at times. After about 20% (I was reading the Kindle version) I was back in the groove and could put the pieces back together. Maybe I shoul ...more

I found myself a little hired until the end...great ending though. Some no nonsense editing would've helped this book.

Great series. I thought that the last book in the series wasn't as good as the first two though.

Meh. I didn't feel connected to the characters in this one, the whole thing just seemed so flat and lifeless.
