This was a REALLY long book, and I am really glad that I am finally done with it. It wasn't a bad book, but no book needs to be THIS long. The last 20% of the book was fantastic, a five star read. The rest of the book dragged.

I'm torn on this book.
On one hand, the story is very detailed and put together well. The secondary characters are easily liked or hated, and there were moments where I laughed out loud, particularly at the footnotes. The last hundred pages of the book or so things got moving and made the story very worthwhile and finally provided answers.
However, the downside of this book are the following points:
