IHO Halloween. Definitely a long and very well detailed book. I am certain it could have been a bit shorter, it was hard to get into in the beginning. But once you got a quarter of the way through it or so, it got much better. And by the end, all that back-story helped you relate and remember all the characters better. Great thriller, didn't expect to be as freaked out about it as I was after reading it before bed, but I love being scared so it worked out well :)
