When this book was first published I could not wait to read it. I was already a BEE fan and I thought it completely horrible that the book was being censored and protested by people who had probably never read it. The day of its release I ran to my local bookseller for a copy. Nothing attracts me like a controversial book!

Really graphic and truly disturbing read. A glimpse into the mind of a psychopathic young new yorker who is also obsessed with identifying the designer of all the clothes of any character in the book. For the record, I'm wearing $15 sock monkey pajama pants from Target. ;)

I would have given this book 5 stars if I hadn't vomited, had nightmares for a month, and then insisted that it be removed from my home ... after loving every word of it.
Parts of this book still make me shudder years after having read it ... but I still recommend it to people who are into horror. It takes a strong stomach to get through it, but it is strangely alluring and addictive. ...more

It was a well written book, but I couldn't own it after I read it. Gave me the creeps!
