What Members Thought

This was recommended by so many people...and I'm sure it is "just me" as I appreciate gaiman's talent but I just had to give up as it wasn't appealing to me personally.

I have always loved Neil Gaiman's books for younger readers, but I confess that his adult novels have left me cold. He wrote (I thought) like someone who had made his start in comics and graphic novels. But without a good reason! It would just sort of magically slide out of my mind til the library demanded it back... Until finally, determined to finish it, I didn't let it out of my sight til I was halfway thru, and WOW.
