Wavering between 3 or 4 stars... I'll give it 3.5.

Ten seemingly unconnected people are invited to an island, but they're accused of something and they die one by one.

I enjoyed this book. While reading it, I did get seriously creeped out, especially since I was reading it alone at night. All ten seem so guilty, but some more than others, and I didn't guess the killer at all. Though I had my suspicions which turned out partially right... It was very interesti

Wow, this was a quick read. I really enjoyed the pacing and the way the plot was constructed it's nearly impossible to guess the killer. I loved the movie Clue growing up and i can see how much this book (written in the 1930s) influenced the movie. I'm giving this 3 stars because I enjoyed reading and trying to guess the killer, but I can't say I was sucked into the story or understood the characters, which is always my preference. This was my first Agatha Christie book. I found it enjoyable but not phenomenal. It was a quick read and I was happy for that. I am not sure why I wasn't just thrilled with this book. It is suspenseful, it has a surprise ending, that I won't spoil. Maybe I just need to read another of her books. ...more
