Re-read again (I think this is #3) having been through it in paper, audio and now Kindle. Stands up to multiple readings, happily. Chose to re-read after it was mentioned in Zoom Happy Hour (Simon Grey reading for first time, Greg Gilbin mentioning that the entire series holds together and pays off bigly in the end).

Always worth going back and re-reading, though it's amazing how much I blurred the story lines to gether from this one, Messiah and Children. ...more

This one's been on my "to read" list for a long time. The beginning grabbed my attention immediately, and I couldn't believe I had waited so long to read it. The middle dragged a little, in my opinion, but I enjoyed the ending and the resolution of all the conflicts. That being said, I don't think I have the energy or interest for the entire "Dune-iverse", but who knows how I may feel in the future.
