It was a lovely read that I enjoyed. Sometimes it felt like it was dragging on and this is why it took me so long to read. One thing that I didn't like is the fact that Maggie seemed more of a observer than a protagonist. Luckily, this changes towards the ending of the book. Another thing that annoyed me is the fact that all the nicknames were translated and thus they seemed ridiculous rather than awesome. However, this is the translator's fault and not the author's. Me traumó acordarme mucho de la película, de lo que pasaba y algunos personajes; lo cual le quitó mucho sabor al libro. Aunque me agradó la forma en que escribe Cornelia Funke, y la historia es bastante aceptable.
