After completing this book, I immediately wanted to re-read it already. Such a fantastic book. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cute romance, but one that's slow. You definitely see the slow falling of the characters, which a lot of books don't show.

It was good! Not great, but good! This book is largely character driven which was probably my biggest problem with it. I'm more of a plot driven reader so I tried to be more liberal with my rating because I truly feel that readers that admire character driven books will love it. What a great story. I wanted to hear more about the relationship between the brothers though.

This was gorgeous. I read this as an audiobook and it flowed so well. It never felt like it was trying too hard with the plot line, and quite frankly it didn’t necessarily have a total key moment in the story. It was just simply a coming-of-age story while staying interesting the whole time. I liked the time period of the story, which added an interesting element but included topics that are still relevant today. Very well written and carries some beautiful life lessons.
