This didn’t get 4 stars because of the side characters in this one. Somehow they are all dumb compared to Bosch, especially Rachel. I really can’t stand her character. The author really should have done a better job with her. So if it weren’t for the annoyance of dealing with poorly developed characters I would have enjoyed this more.

This was a very easy book to read. It had action on all pages and Harry teamed up with Rachel Walling, so there was the tension between the two of them to get you wanting to read the next page. This one involved terrorism, or that was the premise, but was it really terrorism, or just a homicide case. You get to figure it out.
I am giving this 5 out of 5 stars. Can't wait to read the next in the series. ...more
