Reread Feb.15/18...I LOVE this series and this book especially with finding out all the secrets of Victor's past. It was a great way to refresh before reading Spiders in the Grove. It's been almost 2 years so I had forgotten a lot :) Can't wait to find out what happens next!!!

I have been anticipating this installment for a long time and holy wow, it delivered! Action and high on mystery with exceptional characters and with just about the right amount of romance, this book did not disappoint.

What....an...adventure. J.A. once again leaves me wanting more and more of these books. This book had me hooked like the 1st book did... I could not put it down! Izabel has FINALLY broken away, even if its just a little, and is going to do what she wants to do. I am SO happy her character's strength went through the roof in this book. Amazing job!!! Cannot wait for the next book!! ...more
