The Archived by Victoria Schwab has become one of my all time favorite books. I was constantly interested and wanted to keep reading even when it was late at night and I had to go to school in the morning. The world building was absolutely amazing. Wow! I completely loved it! I love the world. I loved the characters. Especially Wesley Ayers. I mean, who wouldn't?? I loved the story. I loved the eerie, something's-not-quite-right atmosphere. All this drama happening in the hushed hallways of a library setting somehow felt pretty creepy. I just want more of this world that Victoria Schwab created. I read this entire book in one sitting because I didn't want to put it down and the writing style was so easy to read that I didn't feel completely overwhelmed.
The world in this book is fantastic, very fascinating and this is definitively a world I would have loved to visit. I want to visit the Archive and wander in the Narrows, and hang out with the main characters in this book.

The plot is original, the story is exciting and the pacing of the book makes it a very easy read.

A 5 star book!

I love this book!

The story is original and fast paced. The characters are really nice and don't get me started on the writing; it is amazing!

The characters felt very real. Wes was just awesome, he is so funny. And Mac herself is very easy to relate to.

The world-building is super cool! I love the idea. The world is very convincing (you know even though being fantasy).

Didn't expect to love it, but I did. My first Read-A-Long and this book was truly amazing! I liked old Nix and Wes was really something else. Never thought a male protagonist like Wes could be that interesting, but well.

BTW, Owen Chris Clarke can rival Jet Steele on the history of most badass name. ...more
