That is not an easy thing for an author to pull off. After a public humiliation, Sofia goes to hide in Lark Cove at her brother Logan’s house. Instead she finds purpose and love with the help of bartender Dakota. There were many obstacles in their way; geography, family interference, socio economic, and cultural. It was very realistic

Love, Love LOVE this book!!
Tinsel is my new favorite book by author Devney Perry. I loved this story from the very first pages.

Sofia is insecure and looks for her family’s approval, but she has her eyes opened and is forced to see herself as others see her. She ta ...more

It isn’t until a very public, unfortunate incident sends her running to Lark Cove, Montana and into a situation that she’s unfamiliar with that she discovers who she really is and where she belongs... and who she belongs with.

I was nervous about reading this because I wasn't sure that Devney Perry was going to be able to make me sympathize with Sofia after her atrocious behavior in Logan and Thea's book, but boy was I wrong.
From the start I wanted to job in those pages and kick her family member's asses. I could totally see why she behaved the way she did. That all changes once she gets a reality check, well they actually started changing before then, but more drastically after that.
