It surprised me how much i enjoyed this book.
The writing, flow, and conversation took a while to get used to, and i was doubting this book from the first few chapters. However this book, i simply could not put down. I was invested in the characters and emotionally attached to their lives and relationships. There has been a lot of hate on this book on the topic of its plot, but I only partly agree.
I personally rated this story a 4 stars because well it caught my interest and I liked the idea of it. It sort of reminded me of The Giver because if the castes but only because of that. And the Giver is more of an age Utopia. I did not like all of the names some of them seemed well, harsh on the kids. Team Maxon all the way!!!!

I loved this book and I didn't expect to. The description, "The bachelor, royal edition, set in the future" did nothing to pull me in. But the countless recommendations wore me down. I decided to give it a try and am incredibly glad I did. This book is so much more than an episode of the bachelor.
