What Members Thought

First things first...
DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU IN THE MOVIES
Who I thought Percy Jackson was...
Who Percy Jackson actually is...
Turns out this kid is like 12...who knew? Not me apparently.
It's refreshing to live inside the mind of a 12 year old boy every now and then. That's one thing I never thought I would every say, but its true. Events that would have been met with dramatic flare and a few choice words were a little lighter and made me laugh out loud.

4/5 ⭐️
I wish I would have read this as a tween to be part of all the hype. This is the perfect book series for middle graders. It’s fun, easy to follow, fast paced, and relatable for that age group. This is not to say that I didn’t enjoy it as an adult. I thought it was great and fun to read alongside watching the new show on Disney +. There are a few gaps in the writing and it sometimes jumps from scene to scene too quickly, but it’s still a great book and I’ll be continuing on with the series ...more

Honestly what with all the hype about it,I was expecting it to be MIND-BLOWING! A tad disappointed I was,as it was just simply awesome (mind's intact :P) ;)
It was really good, especially the Greek mythology part and everything was just great!
Riordan gives a new perspective; well, more like- adds on new images to the existing ones of hell, heaven and God(s)!
Also I think it's an excellent way to get your mythology knowledge improved.
Especially, Greek mythology! Fascinating! :D
A must read,all-in-all ...more
