Another psychological thriller based upon the theme of marriage - the strange institution invented by man.
Deals with possessiveness, dependence and many other issues that happen in marriage . Unable to explain further without giving out spoilers.
The rating would have been higher had it been more convincing . There were too many explanations towards the end .. which didn't suit the tone of the. Book.

This thriller is both a complicated story and a simple one. At it's heart it's simply about a wife and a mistress & the husband they're both in love with. It's also about the fall out from who you love and whether you truly know that person. Then layered expertly on top of that foundation a "The Wife Between Us" by Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen will be published on January 9th, 2018. It is pro-ported to probably be the first breakout hit for 2018. You an pre-order the Kindle or Hardcover here.

This thriller is both a complicated story and a simple one. At it's heart it's simply about a wife and a mistress & the husband they're both in love with. It's also about the fall out from who you love and whether you truly know that person. Then layered expertly on top of that foundation are questions about who's lying, what their motivations are and who's to blame.

In an unusual step, I'm not going to give any more details about this book. The synopsis on the back is enough to intrigue you. If I inadvertently say the wrong words I just may ruin this beautifully rendered psychological thriller for you. "The Wife Between Us" is excellently written with no wasted words. If you find the beginning slower than you expected, there's a reason for that, go with it. Persevere, you won't regret it. You'll need to devour every word, every paragraph slowly, there are no wasted words, as I said. You'll need every one of them to enjoy the nuances of this thriller.

Then go find a gooshy chair and let yourself be mesmerized. This book is so well worth your valuable time. I found I wanted to enjoy each parcel of information, each page, and I'm glad I did. I predict "The Wife Between Us" will be the next hit in the mystery genre. The excitement for this book is already building in the reviewers network so I encourage you to put it on your to-read list and opt in for pre-order. Don't miss this exciting, nuanced psychological thriller.

What an intense ride.

Vanessa is monitoring the actions of her ex-husband, Richard, and his new fiance. Gosh, I don't even know how to review this without giving away too much, but I'll try.
