I loved this conclusion and this ENTIRE series! I believe I gave all the books in the series five stars. They are so entertaining and the characters are so amusing! My favorite of the characters is Winter because that crazy girl was fun to read about. I am doing my doctoral dissertation on the subject matter of using fairytales in trauma counseling. So I was on a huge fairytale reading binge this year. This was the best fairytale based book/series that I have ever read!

Shelves: all-time-favorites

Marissa Meyer never fails to impress me. To say I love this series would be an understatement. Her writing is nothing short of genius. I will say I think Cress was my very favorite of all the books. I loved it so much my friends tired of hearing me gush about it.
Reading one of the Lunar series books takes me squarely inside a living breathing anime. Meyer achieves this effect with a few deft strokes of her pen. I savored every page.

Marissa has written a fabulous series. What I like the most is that unlike other books where the protagonist just picks up and spearheads a revolution, Cinder is afraid, confused yet brave. All the characters are unique in their own way. I enjoyed the series and flew through it!!!
