I am in love with Hercule Poirot! He is the best detective in the factionary world. The thing about reading detective and crime books of the past is that there is not a lot of technology to help you solve the crime and only so pure genius, wit and deduction can be your instrument to solve the case and find the criminal. And Hercule Poirot is a true example of that.

I feel as though this would have been a favorite Agatha Christie of mine if it weren't for the fact that I already knew what was going to happen. Give me 5 years or so to forget the plot and I'll reread this and probably enjoy it a lot more.
