4.5 stars.
I absolutely loved this book, and I really didn't want to put it down (which is why I spent most of yesterday finishing it). I've already bought Insurgent on my Nook, and I can't wait to read it.
I loved the way the characters were written (especially Tris). And I thought that the relationship were pretty realistic, which is usually hard to find in a YA book.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was pure pleasure reading it. Not sure where this is going as far as dystopian YA novels go but I can't wait to get there. The characters are easy to get acquainted with and the story is believable in its own way. Good start!

Each page of this book urged me to read on. I felt each character's fears and strengths as they were developed. I can't wait till the next book comes out.
