Shelves: awesome-female-leads

This book feels like falilng in love with the Harry Potter series all over again but slighty darker. Now we delve into Greek gods vs wizards! I read this book in three days! Right when I started reading, I couldn't stop for 100 pages! Fascination thought focusing on the half-human and neglected by their god-half parent kids. Rarely does Greek mythology talk about these illegitimate children and their feelings about being demigods. Percy's thoughts processes were understandable and relatable. It ...more

A really fun adventure book chuck full of witty, hilarious dialogue and a history lesson in Greek Mythology. Read it with hubby in the evenings. such a fun way to end the day. Great read, one that anyone would love.
