Rereading in May 2020:
I had been using my HP & Philosopher's Stone book as a mousepad for a long while now - I know shame on me - that out of a strange urge, I decided to pick it up and read it today. And whaddaya know, I couldn't put it down. It's the second time I've read it in my life --- shocker! Re-reading the 7 books. Haven't been logging in to Goodreads lately and I am still struggling on finishing that Alice Hoffman book. Don't get me wrong alright? I love all of her books. Maybe there are just some things that I want to get into these days other than magical realism or Alice Hoffman in particular.

Of course I saw the movie, but I didn't realize how fun the book would be.
I know, I know, the book is almost always better than the movie, but I was still pleasantly surprised. I definitely don't remember Ron being so funny. I absolutley loved him (Ron).
Anyway, for someone who didn't grow up knowing he was a wizard, and being beaten down by those who were supposed to care for him, Harry has to be one of the bravest individuals that I have ever had the experience to read about.
