2.5 Stars ⭐️. I didn’t love it and I didn’t hate it. I feel like this type of satire didn’t hit for me and am completely indifferent. Not a waste of my time but I didn’t get anything out of it. Oh Bunny, I wanted to love you. 🐰🩷💥🤯

I had a bad trip once where I looked at the sky and felt the emptiness of eternity. nothing made sense which made everything make perfect sense in the end. this book felt a lot like that, but it wore a frilly babydoll dress and the stars were actually edible glitter that fell off a cupcake.

all weirdness aside, Mona Awad writes some beautiful words; the visuals were top tier.

& shoutout to the pause so pregnant it probably has its own crime documentary somewhere. that was next level.

I listened to the audio book. I started reading the physical version, but after about 30% I needed the audio book to keep me focused. The beginning is interesting and sucked me in. However, once you meet the bunnies and learn what is going on, it was a bit boring for me. It sort of dragged on more than it should have. Intriguing concept and story, but lost my interest along the way.
