Čekala jsem, že se mi to fakt nebude líbit, proto jsem to fakt dlouho odkládala. Říkal mi to i můj vnitřní hlas. A já ho neposlechla a udělala jsem moc dobře. Protože tohle byla fakt bomba. Eleanor a Párek nebyla vůbec nudná kniha, jak jsem čekala. Ubíhala fakt a rychle a neskutečně mě šokovala. Čekala jsem totiž cute romantiku na léto... well... Dostala jsem něco, z čeho jsem měla na konci knihy depku a brečela jsem. Trigger warning na šikanu a něco dalšího, co je ale spoiler. Doporučuji.

This book is one of those books where it kept coming back to haunt me as I have to say I saw it and ummed and aahed as the cover wasn't really appealing to me and I put it back down, then I read some reviews about it and then I saw the release of Fangirl and I was all like, ok - I am going to read Eleanor and Park. I really really really enjoyed this book. It gave me the feels like not many book do, but the ending really frustrated me, and I just really wish it was different.

Mini Review: Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell To be quite honest with you, I liked this story a lot but I don't get all the hype that is associated with the book. I loved the fact that Eleanor is this average girl that comes from a broken home and has to struggle with bullies and other things. I loved that Park was the type of guy that saw through that after some time and they both fell in love. I guess my problem was there was really nothing spectacular that happened. Super cute story.

I love the quirkiness, I love the cute factor....and I just love the fact that it was easy to fall in love with this book.

I think everyone can understand the difficulties of fitting in at high school.
