Libro para leer con encefalograma plano. Si te pones a pensar en cosas, hay incoherencias para abastecer a un ejército.
Y es de los pocos libros donde la peli es mejor que el libro.

Conclusión: se lee rápido.
El mundo es interesante, su argumento no tanto.

Shelves: young-adult, so-so, disappointing

So let me start off by saying that this book wasn't bad. It wasn't good but it also wasn't bad. Or let me rephrase that- it wasn't all bad.

The premise was interesting enough that it kept me reading. And though the cliff hanger chapter endings started making me roll my eyes towards the end of it, it did have a way of keeping me flipping the pages.

But the book had some serious underlining flaws. So let me take a moment to (piss off all the book's fan base and) explain them in detail.

I know this is written for young adults, but it's pretty obvious that shuck and the other "glader slangs" are replacements for the real life curse words like fuck, shit, motherfucker, etc. Took away a lil' of my enjoyment of the book with this deliberate and awkward censorship. Young adults arent that young and neither are we stupid.

And Thomas can actually be so annoying. But I guess no matter who's the main character they'll all be annoying.
