Nainen junassa on ilmeisesti vuoden kohutuin jännäri. Tiivistäminen olisi ehkä tehnyt hyvää tällekin teokselle. Tarina etenee kolmen eri kertojan silmin. Heistä yksi viettää päivänsä matkustelemalla junalla edestakaisin Ashburyn ja Lontoon välillä ja tarkkailemalla radan varren näkymiä. Kirjallisuuden henkilöhahmoilla on nykyään varsin usein päihde- tai mielenterveysongelma – monesti kumpikin. Tämäkään tarina ei valitettavasti poikkea nykytrendistä.

È uscito a Giugno e, da allora, è sempre tra i primi posti nelle classifiche di vendita. Personalmente, ho deciso di leggerlo per la sua somiglianza con "Gone girl", romanzo che ho molto apprezzato.

I think this is a pretty good book. It does a good job keeping you guessing who the culprit is. I think it might benefit from being a little shorter though. It didn't completely resolve all the issues in the book. It leaves the reader wondering whether or not the killer who got it in the end was reported to the police. It doesn't actually state that the killer did so you can either assume the killer did or not. That left me a little frustrated especially since there needed to be some closure sin
