Spoilers at the end>>Ughhh.. Why is Allegiant getting so much hates? It's certainly not fair to Veronica Roth! She tried her best to make this the perfect ending for the whole trilogy. And that's the way she portray it to be since different people have different thinkings. Honestly, I think this ending cannot be any better. Allegiant is not a fairy tale, it will not have any happy endings. Fangirls and fanboys who survived Divergent should know.

A really beautiful story that has both created and destroyed my life. And I thank Veronica Roth for that. This story mainly focuses on life outside the fences, at the Bureau. And just like the city in Chicago, the government ruling outside is also kinda corrupted, they're really biased towards GPs, people who are genetically pure, in other words, Divergent. So~After discovering the life outside the fence, Tris and gang finds peace there. But not for long, as there's a war waged against the GPs, by the GDs, who wanted justice back as they're not treated fairly. However, this could create so much deaths, just to get what they want. While Bureau treats the Chicago as an experiment, to produce more GPs in the future offsprings, there happened to be conflicts between people in Chicago, Factionless and Allegiant-the group of rebels who want back the faction system. The leader of Bureau, David plans to release the memory serum virus, removing the conflicts between the people, bringing the experiment back under control. You can probably expect what's about to happen here, Tris and her friends wouldn't just stand there and wait for such a tragedy to happen.

(SPOILERS) Personally, I feel that the ending is a perfect one. Even though, Tris's gone, she sacrificed her life for a greater good, just like what her mother would want her to do. T.T Tris The Noble. FOURTRIS FOREVER.
Fortunately, Tobias didn't drink the memory serum and wipe away memories of Tris!! That would be OMG OMG....ughh saddening. But it didn't happen. The epilogue is nicely done~~Tris's ashes were scattered by Tobias going down the zip line~ IN FACT, cant imagine Tobias screaming on the way down. haha~Tobias's still afraid of heights. Hilarious.

BUT I DUN UNDERSTAND WHY URIAH HAS TO DIE. I don't see any learning point made and Uri's my favorite character in the whole trilogy! ...more

It's sad when you read the last book of a series knowing that'll be it but it's even worse when your favourite character ends up dying. However it doesn't make this book any less better than the first two, in fact it's just as good. Veronica definitely did not disappoint!! I know people were conflicting about the ending but once reading Veronica's reasonings to why she ended it the way she did it's probably the BEST ending this book could have had.
