I enjoyed this story from the first sentence.
I felt like I was in the room listening to the story of that one night in 1929.

Wow, I thought this was such an AMAZING book. Once I got started it was hard to put down. I loved all the characters and plot of the story. I thought it had a very gothic sea side feel. With the house being built on a side of a cliff. I thought the characters were a bit creepy. I like how this story went back and forth between the past and the present.
