After finally finishing Red, White & Royal Blue I’m not exactly disappointed (wasn’t expecting anything tbh) but not happy either, the correct term would be indifferent.
The characters are well written and developed, Alex more than Henry which is expected since the book is in Alex´s POV. I think the best thing about the book are the characters, their hate/love first dynamic and their push and pull relationship. Yo soy una persona muy ignorante con respecto a la política y la verdad que entendí todo.
La mayor parte del libro es el romance entre los dos personajes y aunque es cierto que el enemies to lovers es inexistente casi, la historia de romance es tierna.
Le pongo 4 estrellas y no cinco porque tampoco es el mejor libro que haya leído en mi vida, pero es bueno y súper rápido de leer. ;))

It is a LGBTQ+ international affair; first women president; politics and scandal.
McQuiston wrote this love story beautifully.The characters are awesome. Sweet and witty; lovely and adorable. They are also full of ideas, plans,knowledge.
Henry and Alex are charming and appealing ; both passionate; intelligent; burden with their high profile families.
Nora is adorable; most intelligent. I thin ...more

Gotta be honest: at first, the romance felt like it lacked depth and that all Alex and Henry wanted from each other was to snog for three hours straight in the feces-smelling shed of an English horse-racing stable, but it was obvious at the end that they really benefited from each other and made each other a better person and bla bla bla. Casey McQuistons writing style is also something I've never seen before. Really lengthy and sometimes verbose, but also straightforward and dripping in sarcasm
