I'm trying to come up with words that best describe this book and its a bit hard.
I mean imma be real with you, at the beginning i was like "where is the fun stuff?!!?!?".
I felt it was boring with all the politics talk. Dont get me wrong tho, the fun stuff did come. Eventually.
😀but it was a wee bit much if u ask me. I mean there were times i closed the book and screamed 😭 its too much, my heart cant take it. I mean their love was wow!!☺

did a quick reread in preparation for the movie and i think the commentary on the glorification of these political parties, as well as the sweeping under of the rug of any conflict as a minor inconvenience, a pop culture reference and a laugh in terms of anti-colonialistic and anti-traditional commentary in the context of the MONARCHY OF THE UNITED KINGDOM was a little much.

Ok... I got very bored reading this book. Don’t get me wrong Alex and Henry’s relationship is the cutest thing ever it’s just that it was written poorly and it lost my interest.

I finished this one this morning! I’m really glad I finally picked it up,it was a really quick fun read. I was kind of nervous before starting it because of all the hype surrounding it, but it didn’t disappoint. by the end of it I felt really attached to the characters and didn’t want it to end.
