I got this book while on a trip and asking the book store employee for a suggestion and I am so glad she chose this one! I enjoyed the level of spice and family dynamics. The book was written very well and was constantly engaging!
Again, not a fan of romance, but the characters and dialogue were realistic. It was a treat to simply enjoy Alex, Henry, and the accompanying cast interacting with one another. My biggest issue, and this is coming from someone who majored in political science, was how unrealistic the plot was. There was a lot of sex so probably not the best read for somebody uncomfortable with details around that. I loved it though!! All the characters were put together and overall the book was AMAZING.
Very quick paced. I had to get used to the explicit wording and many Fwords. I realized while reading this that it is unfamiliar to me to read and feel this relationship of two young man. It made me think how important it is to have more romantic novels that are not just straight, since if you’re bi- or homo sexual ( or anything else than straight) it must feel as unfamiliar as this was for me. 3.5 ⭐️ this is cute!! I enjoyed this book! Wish there had been a bit more focus on the main conflict that occurs, it feels like that part was a bit brushed under the rug. The characters were sweet together. enemies to lovers, a bit of spice, a good touch of political commentary

What a sweet read! I found myself laughing out loud, blushing, and smiling throughout this book. The characters were fun and lovable. It was a feel good read that helped pull me out of a reading rut. I missed some critical details and found myself confused (ie who characters were) at some points but that’s probably user error since I listened on audiobook. Pretty predictable and a little slow to start but still enjoyed.

This is literally the best book i’ve ever read. Their relationship is everything and all the realism is good. I want a sequel so bad!! Love enemies to lovers!
