I’ve read this five or six times now but never while living on Goodreads, so I can do a
I first read this book in 2000. My mom gave it me, saying all her students were reading it. But I didn’t pick it up until I saw the fourth book come out on the news and what the crowds were like. I still remember the first time I read Harry Potter. It was a few months before Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire came out in print, and my parents had gotten my sister the first three books in the series for Christmas to try to encourage her to read.
