4.25 stars. At first I thought the story wasn’t going anywhere, but it kept my interest. The more I read, the more I liked the characters and the plot. A very, very good book.

This is almost the perfect Soap Opera, the only scenario missing is the extra marital affair. The story could be set in any suburban subdivision in the United States and these people are lurking about. It's all about relationships, choices and consequences. The author gives the reader fully developed characters, some we want to avoid like the plaque and others we feel some empathy for.
