I enjoyed reading a book that had such an original premise. In this novel, Tiffy Moore is in desperate need of a cheap place to live. Leon Twomey needs money, and works long night shifts as a nurse. He comes up with the idea to place an ad for someone to share his apartment, which has only one bed. This book gave me major Josie Silver vibes in the best possible way (One Day in December is one of my all-time favorites!).
Tiffy has recently been through a breakup and needs to move out of her now-ex's apartment. Leon needs a roommate to get extra funds to give to his brother, Richie, who is in jail for a crime he didn't commit and needs to pay the attorney's fees for the appeal.
