This book was just... absolutely incredible. (view spoiler)
I started crying at the last 16 pages when it hit me hard that the series was over and these books had a huge impact on my emotional stability. I'm just... I... I'm speechless, really.

It was good but it would've been better if it was split into two books. That way, the story wouldn't have seemed a bit rushed. It's like the events of the first two books have been merged into this third book. I like her take on the history of the Purity War. It gave off a hint of genius in it. Also, I like how it's not the traditional ending and that the last words of the book were just well thought of.

EPIC ENDING. A very powerful one. I cried over it for a long time. Realistic and insightful. Not my fave book in the whole trilogy but I love it nonetheless. (((;

I'm scared to read this, to tell everyone the truth. My friend read this in one day and she said it was flat out TERRIBLE. Everyone (almost) said that this book was great, if not okay at least. I borrowed this copy from my school librarian and I have my fingers crossed because my expectations are way high after Divergent and Insurgent. Work for me Allegiant!! BE BETTER THAN WHAT PEOPLE SAY!!

I wouldn't say I was disappointed with this book. Although not as earth shattering as the first two, I do think that this book was a good wrap up to an amazing book series. I was not a fan of the Four/Tris point of view change, but by the end of the book I realized the necessity of it. I do think that she changed the essence of the series - which is why I think a lot of people were not fans of this last story. This is the kind of rare book that makes rereading senseless.. You cant enjoy rereading it as much as you enjoyed it the first time. nope. its full of deadly awesome surprises.. talking about the whole divergent series, its is never short of surprises :) and by the way this is the first book that ever made my eyes produce tears. cool. well done :)
real rating is 4.5 stars.
