I LOVED IT <3 SO CUTIE, SO FUNNY, SO ROMANTIC, SO PERFECT <3 But I wish Rainbow had explained what happened to Eleanor's family, did they get away, or so? But in general, I loved it <3

So beautiful.
This book was... Beautiful. No other word to describe.
The storyline is perfection, realistically introducing the love, not taking it too unbelievably fast.
The characters are beautifully wonderful. Park... Let's say I have a new book crush. I'm sorry-- he's like my dream guy!! And the eyeliner? *swoon* Same thing with Eleanor. You can't hate her. She's just so relatable. The fatness... Not every girl is supermodel-thin, like other books infer. This is real love, people.
And the end. ...more

Speechless. This book snatched my heart out right away from the first 50 pages just to tore it apart in the end. I've expected a different ending though and I could never stop thinking of how first love could be the greatest love anyone could ever have. (and i'm one of the lucky ones who ended up with their first love/boyfriend. 6 years in a row people.) Everything would be polished fine if it weren't for Eleanor's step dad. They're too young for this affair anyway. But still, i'd loved it for t

The book was okay. I liked Park a lot, but I couldn't really say the same to Eleanor. I wanted her to do something, anything, to stop being so weak. The overall plot of the story was good, but I felt no emotional attachment whatsoever to the book, unlike with the first Rowell book I've read, Fangirl. There were also times wherein I almost wanted to stop reading. The ending wasn't as vague as I expected it to be, from reading all the reviews of other people. Sure, the book was sweet and light, bu

I think I cried a little.
this book started off a bit dull but once it got me, I was hooked and I just couldn't get over how perfect it was. Park and Eleanor are both brilliant characters who I've come to love, idk why (I do but so many reasons) but I commend rainbow for creating them. ...more
