After reading the Maze Runner last year and seeing the movie, I thought I'd give book two a read before the next movie arrives in the fall.
At best I found this book a 2.5 star, there was very little additional further character development with the reappearing players from book one. Many new characters appeared in various roles, but all were one dimensional. The story itself was too choppy, with characters entering and leaving scenes.
