Legend ignited my interest by the very first page and I can assure you that the spark NEVER died with this book. I finished this book in a day and a half and I loved every second of it . Day & June are irresistible and Marie Lu doesn't put a lot of romance in the book, yet the book still centers around it . Legend by Marie Lu is just...amazing.
The writing style of Marie Lu is fluent and easy to read. The emotion in the book is so perfect it is almost overwhelming! (It is one of the only books that made me cry) Marie Lu makes you so attached to the characters it is kinda scary. The thing about this book is although there is a romance, it is kind of in the background. When it is not important, it is not important. I really loved this book! The points of view are very different, and I love June's analytical mind. It was a fresh read, different to many other books I've read recently.

I loved this book! It had my attention from the first page. This is one that had me up late reading. Fortunately, I had all three books at my disposal so I didn't have to wait too long for the next installment. I could so picture everything in the book. Well written! Good job Ms. Lu.
