It’s no secret that I am absolutely obsessed with Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it when it comes to these two amazing and fabulous authors. If they will write it, I will for sure read it. And to know that Ella and Brooke teamed up once again to collaborate on ACED has me fangirling and swooning over this book hard.

If you are familiar with Ella Frank’s work then it’s no surprise that Ms. Frank can write a sexy and emotional M/M romance like no other. And if you are familiar with Brooke Blaine, then you are well aware that Brooke can write a sexy romance that has her stamp of fun and sass incorporated. So if you combine both of their works, then you get one spectacular and fabulous book. Pardon my language but this book can be simply summed up as “fucking amazing.”

ACED hands down is in my top five favorite M/M romance books! I seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE this book hard. The writing and storytelling were phenomenal. I can go on and on about it but I won’t because if there is one thing Ella and Brooke can promise their readers is that their works speaks for themselves. They continue to deliver a story that has heat, passion, love, and raw emotions to keep readers like myself intrigued and begging for more. And yes, I am begging for more. And how could I not when it comes to Dylan and Ace. Seriously, just thinking about these two makes my heart flutter and toes curl from all the love and erotic foreplay that Ella and Brooke whipped up.

There are so many things I love about this book from the characters, the emotions, the writing, and the authors, but one thing I love about this story is that Ella and Brooke didn’t rush the story of Ace and Dylan. Their story of fantasy becoming reality deserved another book and I am so happy that Ella and Brooke are going to give this couple the proper and right ending that they truly deserved. And if you are new to M/M romance books and is looking for a book to pop that cherry, then I would highly recommend you give this book a try. Two fabulous authors. Two hot main characters. And one phenomenal romance.

This was one hot, steamy read and I definitely loved it! I’m a huge fan of Ella’s Temptation and Sunset Cove series. I love her stories and all those yummy boys that love boys. I have to admit I’m not familiar with Brooke’s L.A. Liaisons series, but I need to give it a try after this cause Aced was fantastic!

When I'd gotten the news that Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank were joining forces to write a spin-off MM romance to Brooke's LA Liasons and Ella's Sunset Cove series', I was so freaking excited. Having read all the books in both series, combined with Brooke's gift of comical endearing stories and Ella's steaming hot MM books, I knew combining writing styles would be a hit.

Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine are definitely a dynamic writing duo; their writing styles, character development, and plot evolution flow seamlessly together, providing readers with a story that is steamy, humorous, and sweet and two male leads who are 100% swoon worthy and downright sizzling when they’re together.

Ace Locke and Dylan Prescott may not have known each other until they were introduced at the first read through for Ace’s new action movie, but they’ve definitely starred in one another’ Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine are definitely a dynamic writing duo; their writing styles, character development, and plot evolution flow seamlessly together, providing readers with a story that is steamy, humorous, and sweet and two male leads who are 100% swoon worthy and downright sizzling when they’re together.

Ace Locke and Dylan Prescott may not have known each other until they were introduced at the first read through for Ace’s new action movie, but they’ve definitely starred in one another’s fantasies, and on more than one occasion, they’ve been responsible for bringing each other to climax without even lifting a hand.

Even though Dylan’s first impression of Ace depicts him as an “elitist douche bag,” the sexual chemistry between them is more than obvious from their stolen glances, piercing looks, and flirty demeanors. But with Ace’s notoriety as a big time actor as well as his recent coming out to the public as a gay man, he’s not able to be who he truly is and going after, in public, a guy he truly wants is a nightmare because he’s relentlessly hounded by paparazzi who want to be the first person to expose Ace’s first openly gay relationship, and he refuses to give the media any ammunition that could destroy someone just for wanting to be with him.

Ace Locke definitely takes on many personas to appease his fans, his family, and his co-workers, but the one person who doesn’t seem to have much of say about his life is himself. He came out as a gay man to the public because he wouldn’t allow his secret to destroy his friend’s relationship, but he hasn’t done anything to openly pursue a man because he doesn’t feel like his fame gives him that freedom, so while he is extremely attracted to Dylan and wants to see where things could go with him, Ace is at war with himself because he won’t bring Dylan into the craziness of his celebrity life and the media’s determination to document Ace’s first relationship.

Dylan Prescott can tell from their first encounter that Ace has the It Factor that every actor hopes for - Ace commands every room that he’s in and lures people in with his charm and good looks. Despite Ace’s hot and cold demeanor towards Dylan, Dylan can’t deny that he wants Ace in every way, and when he sees that those feelings are reciprocated, he does what he can to get Ace LOCKED DOWN!

Ace knew Dylan was going to be trouble from their first encounter, and together, they are definitely a bit reckless, but they both feel what they have is worth it and they’re willing to trust one another in order to truly give their relationship a chance despite the media and outside interferences that threaten to not only expose them but also perhaps destroy them.

Ace and Dylan’s story is a steamy, witty, and meaningful read that illustrates how burdensome fame can be sometimes and the steps celebrities have to take to keep their personal lives private enough to see what could be of a new relationship. I adored both Ace and Dylan and the way they interact and treat one another proves that they can go the distance as long as they block out all of the external factors that could prevent them from getting what they want - a happily ever after.

O-M-G!!!!! You guys!!! I can't EVEN tell you how much I LOVED this book!!!! One of my all time favorite M/M Contemporary Romances EVER! Ace and Dylan will absolutely STEAL your HEART! I was on cloud nine at the very beginning, and it just got better from there. Amazing, LOVABLE characters...a storyline that captured my attention right away, a blossoming romance that had me curling my toes, and wiping the tears from my face. It just amazes me, the amount of love I had for Ace and Dylan. Even when O-M-G!!!!! You guys!!! I can't EVEN tell you how much I LOVED this book!!!! One of my all time favorite M/M Contemporary Romances EVER! Ace and Dylan will absolutely STEAL your HEART! I was on cloud nine at the very beginning, and it just got better from there. When I heard about ACED coming out and I saw Ella Frank's name tied to it, I about jumped out of my seat. Then I saw it was co-written with author Brooke Blaine, and I was intrigued! I've never read anything by Ms. Blaine, but I've seen the covers for her L.A. Liaisons series all over social media. Needless to say, after reading this book, I've added that series to my TBR! Two authors...two series coming together to create ACED and Dylan and Ace's story...it was EPIC people! Even if you haven't read either of these series, you will LOVE ACED! If you are a fan of M/M romances...you will absolutely LOVE ACED! If you crave romances with dirty talk, passionate sexy scenes, and scenes that will make you laugh out loud...you will LOVE ACED!

"Brace yourself, buttercup,"..."Cause I'm about to take you on one hell of a joyride."

Oh Dylan, you are quite a treat! I can't stop talking about these two characters! Together, they were just EXPLOSIVE! Even though Ace was a little at war with himself during the book, Dylan sensed that and gave him exactly what he needed. It was just incredibly beautiful AND mouth-watering all at the same time. When Ace started showing Dylan the finer things in life, Dylan's excitement was completely contagious. His exuberance was so freaking adorable, and I was ridiculously excited, right alongside him. Dylan made Ace feel like a king, and Ace made Dylan feel like he deserved everything he had to give. TOTAL SWOON ALERT my friends...on almost ever single page!

"For being so much more than I could've imagined."

See!!!! GOD! I LOVE LOVE LOVED it! Oh yeah, and a couple of yummy tidbits - Dylan's family? OMG! I can't even begin to tell you how cute they are! And the acceptance that Dylan gives them! Ugh! It's so freaking sweet! AND....fans of the Sunset Cove series...my other favorite couple, Derek and Jordan make an appearance! EEEEEK! I know, it's so exciting!!!

OK! So now that you now how much I fucking LOVED this book....I still feel like I need to give you a warning. Don't get mad, because this book will absolutely BLOW YOUR MIND, but....it's not the end! (I'll hold for gasps, screams, etc.) Ok ok ok! Hold your horses...it's not that bad. Ace and Dylan has their HAPPY, just not their HAPPILY EVER AFTER...yet. We are left on a ledge...their cover has been blown, and this gives Ace more anxiety than you know. But again, Dylan is right there, and I believe when we finally get their HEA...it's going to be more EPIC than we think, and I for one, can't FUCKING WAIT for August, when we get LOCKED!

Wow, this book was pretty amazing! It hit all the right spots - with characterization, story line, the whole bit. I loved the dichotomy between the characters - one out and totally okay with that, the other newly out and not yet ready to pursue a relationship with a person of his choice. It really gives you the view from both sides of the issue, which shouldn't be an issue at all but, based on the society in which we live, it still is, unfortunately. It seems to me that M/M romance novels are currently trending...and sure, one have to read them with an open mind since we are talking two men getting-it-on-hot-and-heavy-style. And Aced sure delivers on that.

But this book is not just about two men getting off. It's a story about love. It's about two people clicking and falling for each other. It's about these two people wanting a happily ever after as much as the next person.

Holy hotness!!

Ace and Dylan are explosive!! So hot! Yet there is a sweetness to the story. Ace who has been in the closet his entire life and Dylan the model who has been entirely open about his sexuality. I loved the tender moments where Ace was vulnerable. Dylan's crazy family was great comic relief. Fabulous story!! ...more
