I completely fell under M. Robinson’s spell. Choosing You pulls you in, breaks your heart and leaves you mesmerized. With her vivid, endearing and heartfelt prose, M. Robinson leaves you completely and utterly shattered. Simply put, this book is everything that you want a novel to be- an extraordinary emotional punch that leaves you breathless and yearning for more. It was consuming, palpable, intense, beautiful, and raw.
Since this book is a continuation from Choosing Us, I won’t be revealing as to what will happen but what I will tell you this book is full of unexpected surprises and chock full of emotions and heart. A must read for fans of second chances. So if you ready to cry for these characters and have your heart broken into pieces and slowly pieced back together then the only choice is to choose and trust M. Robinson Pierced Hearts Duet.

In case you didn't know Penelope Ward has a new romantic release called When August Ends. This book was swoony and heartwarming with all the sweet and tender feels to keep you entertained. Though this book has an age gap with the characters, Ward definitely make you feel the angst and summer love so you don't totally obsessed with the age difference. Also the banter and sexual tension was made this book made fun, sweet, adorably awkward, and sexy.
Excuse me while I squeal over K.A. Linde’s latest release, Cruel Money. If there was ever an addictive, angsty, passionate and OMG story that you would want to read, then buckle up because this book had it all. It was young, fresh, and had that Gossip Girl TV show that you know you couldn’t help but be drawn to. With strong characters and sexual tensions, readers could feel the palpable chemistry brewing between Penn and Natalie. Since this is one of those books I inhaled in one sitting, I won’t say much but just know this book ends in a juicy cliffhanger. A must read for all you angsty fans.
Ummmm…. Vi Keeland, I think you titled this book wrong. It shouldn’t be We Shouldn’t but We Should. We definitely should read this fun, highly entertaining, and oh so swoony read. This book had all the composition of a great romantic comedy with a little heat and spice thrown into the mix. A must read for anyone looking for romance that had sarcastic humor, banter, playfulness and of course that romance that will leave you smiling big.

Meghan March has masterfully crafted a story that begs readers to get lost in the world of Jericho and India. I honestly don’t want to say much as this story was pure addiction. With strong characters and flawless attention to details, March entices readers with her witty banter and explosive sexual chemistry. So if you are looking for a strong, demanding, and sexy alpha male then look no further because March has written one that will have you salivating for more.
A calculating sinful and devious story that wickedly blends power, romance, and revenge into one palpable addictive read. The Kiss Thief is hands down one of my favorite reads written by L.J. Shen. In this book, Shen masterfully crafted a story that begs readers to enter into a world where power, control, duplicity and deception are the underlying factors.

I pucking love the Pucked Series. It is hands down one of my favorite sports romance. Helena Hunting gives you heat, sexual chemistry, humor, and of course her witty and sassy characters. So of course naturally, Pucked Love was a great last installment to this series. Hunting gives readers a better insight to Darren and Charlene as their romance was emotional, sweet, and all the feels. So if you want a sports romance that had it all then this book is for you.

With their intense and sexual chemistry, readers can’t help but fall for these characters. It was as they were each other’s ying and yang. For some odd reason they completed each other for good and bad. But like any Frazier story, a gritty and unexpected turn of events takes place and so expect a brutal cliffhanger that will leave you begging for more. Can’t wait for the final installment.

Touchdown!!! Alexa Martin snuck upon my book radar like a quarterback sneak the minute her publisher sent me her debut book, Intercepted. And wow oh wow, I was impressed by her writing and charismatic characters. Intercepted was a fun, sexy drama filled sports romance that was chocked full of with wit, playfulness, and your insider’s guide to the WAGs club. Right from the opening pages, I was hooked and so without spoiling anything, I will just say Alexa Martin did a fabulous job showcasing a sports romance with a fresh new perspective from the wives and girlfriends perspective. Readers are no longer on the sideline but instead are given a humorous and detailed account of cattiness and the hierarchy of WAGs. Usually in romance books, it’s the hero that steals the show but I gotta say Marlee was the star of this book. Her vibrant personality was what made me fall in love with this book hard. So if you are looking for a book that humor, wit, and romance then I highly recommend you to read this book.
Love Online by Penelope Ward is an adorable, light, charming and sexy romance that left you smiling. Ward does a terrific job in showcasing her charismatic characters and stepping out of your comfort zone when it comes to love. Break My Fall by M. Mabie is a slow burn emotional love story that will take you by surprise. The blurb pretty much gives you an idea of what to expect but what will captivate you is the beauty and poetic prose of Mabie’s words. She allows readers to feel the push and pull of Abe and Myra’s complicated love story. While this book is driven by angst and religious/cult undertones, Mabie allows you to feel how far one goes for love, longing, freedom and second chances. I can’t wait to see what is in store for Abe and Myra in the next book.
Over the Edge by CD Reiss is the perfect title for the conclusion of this series. This book was sexy, erotic, edgy, gritty, and full of surprises. It is definitely one of those reads that you devour in one sitting. Since I practically inhaled this book, I will just say Reiss will take you on one sinful erotic journey but at the same time an emotional one. All I can say is go read this book and series as Reiss showcases how far one goes to fight for their happily ever after.
Big Talking Man by Marquita Valentine is a fun, light and charming second chance read. This book can be read as a standalone but I must forewarn you that the story is interconnected with the knowledge of what occurred in the first book. With that being said, Valentine introduces readers to Quinn and Tate. These two are married but when Quinn lost her brother in a tragic accident, their relationship kind of crumbled. But this time around, Tate is ready to win back his wife. Tate is a man who will stop at nothing to win back her heart. So if you are looking for a romance that was endearing and has a hero that will win your heart then this is the book for you.
Truth. Aly Martinez is one impeccable gifted writer. Martinez continues to blow me away with her highly emotionally charged romance and flawed characters. The Truth About Lies is hands down one of the best books I have read in 2018. This book took me on an emotional journey where every word and page had my heart. With her strong, broken and yet heartrendingly beautiful characters, Aly captured our hearts as she gave us one of the most gritty and raw stories of love, healing, and strength. Since this book is a duet, I will not give away any spoilers but I will just say the writing was phenomenal. So if you are looking for a book that will leave you speechless and begging for more, then I highly recommend you to read this book and that is the honest truth. No lies..this book will have your heart.

In the audiobook, the narrators did a wonderful job showcasing Andrew in a raw manner. Readers could feel the raw emotions being evoked as Andrew tries to piece back together his life. Blakely is usually known for her romantic and light stories, but Unbreak My Heart showcases her prowess as a writer with her ability to tug all the right heartstrings. Definitely, this is one unforgettable romance done right as it focuses on life, healing, hope, and second chances. A must read for 2018!!
